Famous yellow flowering species of Caucasus, admired as superb garden object. Classified by Hong De- Yuan in the Paeonia daurica complex.  Our offered plants are bred of intens yellow selections. According to F.C. Stern this yellow Peony is restricted to a small area north of the Trans Caucasus. We believe it is very close relation of the recently described yellow P wendelboi of the Talysh mountains of Iran.
