Rare alba type of Cypripedium flavum and  other than the typ sp. it has a very nice scent, comparable with lily of the valley.

Growing conditions are more or less equal, the alba form has a slightly longer growing period.

Easy, long growing season, scent of Lily of the Valley,  not too heavy frost in winter. Continental species , needs to be kept dry in winter. Summer moist, cool air. North facing beds, sunlight up to noon time. Picture shows extraordinary parentage.
