Purple form of P.humilis, see picture, both colour forms. Slightly less hardy as red form, according to our experience.

Pleione humilis flowers very early, January/ February. The flowers survive frost up to - 5 ° C without wind.

Also, it does not like lime in the mix, and it is salt sensitive, so whatch out with fertilizer.

We managed to set seeds of P. humilis Pink x albiflora, something for comming years.
